Tehran announced that it had prepared an initiative to resolve the conflict in Karabakh between Armenia and Azerbaijan, adding that it would present it to both parties, and the countries of the region and neighboring countries. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh stressed that the violation of Iranian territorial sovereignty by any party is a red line, even if it was a mistake.
