Tehran has welcomed the call of European Foreign Policy Commissioner Joseph Borrell to replace the policy of maximum pressure on Iran with diplomacy. Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that the success of diplomacy with Iran depends on a return to the implementation of the nuclear agreement without increase or decrease.
