Iran\’s Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, said that Tehran would not negotiate its missile systems, adding that Washington could not impose restrictions on Iran\’s defense systems. Zarif said the United States must fulfill its obligations before returning to the nuclear deal.
