Iranian Leader Ali Khamenei said that Azerbaijan should regain the lands occupied by Armenia, as he put it, and demanded that it guarantee the rights of the Armenians who live there. This came during a speech on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday, where he touched upon several issues, including the offensive cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad and the normalization of Arab countries\’ relations with Israel.
