Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif threatened Tehran\’s withdrawal from the nuclear deal if European mechanisms to protect the deal were not effective.
Zarif gave the Europeans until October 4 to implement the mechanisms, stressing that Iran and the European Union are close to concluding an agreement on oil.
