Deputy commander-in-chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Hossein Salami, confirmed that Zahedan\’s attack was part of a strategic plan aimed at Iran from Saudi Arabia, the United States and Israel. The Revolutionary Guard revealed that the perpetrators of the Zahedan attack have Pakistani citizenship, while the Iranian intelligence minister said the National Security Council is considering options to respond to the attack.
