     Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the United States had failed to strike the nuclear agreement after its withdrawal from it, and announced that his country rejected any attempt by Washington to use the stipulated conflict resolution mechanism.  

    Iranian Leader Ali Khamenei called for building economic planning in Iran on the basis of continuing sanctions against his country for ten years. Khamenei added that the construction of the Iranian economy does not have to depend on the cancellation of sanctions or foreign political developments.
