The Iranian army confirmed that the response would be firm to any attempt by the United States to spy on the joint Russian-Iranian-Chinese war games in the northern Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Oman. The Army\’s Chief of Staff, Admiral Habibullah Sayyari, denied the accusations of the US Navy about his country, regarding its intention to carry out provocative actions in the Strait of Hormuz.
