Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has said Washington has failed to form a military alliance in the Gulf and is responsible for regional tensions.
Zarif said during a press conference in Tehran that Washington\’s imposition of measures against him is proof of its failure in dialogue and diplomacy.
