Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that his country will be able to export oil from the Gulf of Oman by next March, even if the Strait of Hormuz is closed for any reason.
This came while Tehran launched a project to transfer its oil exports to the Jask port on the Sea of Oman, at a cost of about two billion dollars.
