Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, during his meeting with European Union foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell, stressed Tehran\’s adherence to its commitment to the nuclear agreement. Rouhani criticized the failure of the counter party to fulfill its obligations. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif discussed with Borel a number of international and regional issues, including the nuclear agreement.
