TEHRAN (Reuters) – Iran is ready for constructive dialogue and cooperation with Gulf states through regional mechanisms, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghji said on Monday. For his part, the head of the National Security Committee in the Iranian parliament Hishmatullah Peshah Arte told Iran that Tehran informed Washington through intermediaries that no party will emerge victorious from the war.
